    Referring back to my long diatribe in a previous question, we make sure the customer has a clear understanding of the primary benefits they should adopt from the platform and then put a plan together to help them take immediate action on their investment.  If a client purchases subscriptions from CyberGRX and doesn't immediately start ordering assessments, something went wrong in the planning phase.
